The following error was generated when "$error.Clear(): initialize-ExchangeUniversalGroups -DomainController $RoleDomainController -ActiveDirectorySplitPermissions $RoleActiveDirectorySplitPermissions was run: "Active Directory operation failed on DCSERVER.domain.local. One ormore attribute entries of the object 'CN=OrganizationManagement, OU=Microsoft Exchange Security Groups,DC=domain,DC=local' already exists.". Active Directory operation failed on DCSERVER.domain.local. One or more attribute entries of the object 'CN=Organization Management, OU=Microsoft Exchange Security Groups,DC=domain,DC=local' already exists."
Solution:
Go to Start, input dsa.msc in Search programs and files (or go to start>run, input dsa.msc) and press enter Go to menu "View", check if "Advanced Features" is checked or not. If not, make sure it checked. Locate your user name in Active Directory, right click and choose Properties Go to the "Security" tab and click on the "Advanced" button. Click the "Restore defaults" button to reset the user's permissions. Restart your computer. |
